Copy
Use the Share menu on the public post and copy its URL.
Send
Open the bot and paste the link into the Telegram chat.

Choose an available option, then receive the file in the same chat.
Use the Threads downloader on mobile or desktop
On iPhone or Android, copy the post link from the Threads Share menu, switch to Telegram and paste it into the bot chat. On a computer, copy the address of the specific public media page from the browser and open Telegram Desktop or Web. You do not upload the media to this website; the public URL is processed after you send it to the bot.
